I love the HORSE

It doesn’t love me so much, though. Playing the $1/2 ring games I dropped about 25BB last night. Yeah, I know I said I wasn’t going to play. Piss off. I still love the HORSE.

keep that string of play going and I might have to make an entrance later in the evening for the Saturday game... :-)

I'm loving HORSE as well, Falstaff. I assume you mean the new HORSE cash games on pokerstars, no? I've been dabbling at 1/2 and 2/4 for the most part, and have done very well. But there are a whole lot of suckouts in games like Stud, as well as the frustrating shit counterfeiting shit that can only happen to you in Razz. Still, I find the quality of play at most of the HORSE games on stars to be generally horrendous, and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. I've got my game on with all the Stud games, and even limit holdem I can play just fine (and I agree 100% with your earlier post that limit holdem is a far different game from nlh). But it's the Omaha 8 that seems to get me every time. I just don't seem to get the premium sort of starting hands anywhere near enough to win back my blinds, and every time I do get dealt A2xx, no low is possible. Dam Omaha hilo.

Maybe I'll catch ya one of these days on a pokerstars HORSE table.

HORSE kicks my asss all over the place...although I have started to learn to earn as much money as possible during 'H' so that I can hand it over during ORSE.
